What happens when you need a tow?
1. Call 972-380-6300 day or night.
2. Jordan Towing brings your vehicle to Mike’s Auto Body where our techs diagnose the problem.
3. If it’s after hours and our shop is closed
the tow service drops off your vehicle and fills out a Service form outside our office door. Our techs will get to your vehicle as soon as possible.
4. We’ll give you a call and talk through the issue before we proceed with an estimate and any repairs.
5. After we create a plan and estimate we’ll get to work fixing your vehicle and getting it back on the road.
